How to Use Marnys Bergamot Essential Oil 15 ml

Always take diluted, 1-2 drops, in 250 g of food (juice, infusion, salad, etc.). Maximum three times a day.

Also suitable for topical/external and diffusion use.

Precautions with Marnys Bergamot Essential Oil 15 ml

Do not apply during the first three months of pregnancy, nor in children under six years of age.
