Mix 2-3 drops of essential oil with a cream or base oils (almond, avocado, jojoba, grape seed, etc.), in facial masks, hot or cold compresses.
It can also be used in hair care (a few drops in rinse or adding to a mild shampoo), flower waters, baths, sitz baths, inhalations.
