1. Place the impregnated bandages around the leg starting at the ankle and overlapping the edges by approximately 1 cm. Don't roll them too tightly.

3. Secure the end under the last turn of the bandage. Repeat on the other leg.
4. Put on your pants and tie them at your waist. Relax and let it sit for at least 50 minutes.
5. Remove the bandages and clean any remains left on the skin by massaging with upward movements to intensify the effects of the treatment. To achieve a cryoactive effect in summer, keep the bandages in the refrigerator for at least half an hour before use.
